Materials and any travel, transport, storage, or disposal charges are agreed separately before work starts. Your written quote will explain the labor adjustment.
For example: eight estimated hours is $480 in labor. If I complete that same job in six hours, the labor charge becomes $360—a $120 saving.
I'm handy, hardworking, and straightforward. During your free consultation, we'll agree on the work, the price, and when another professional would be the better fit.
Based in Crestwood, I prefer nearby projects and consider work within approximately 50 miles. Farther trips and any travel charge are agreed in advance.
