For families, executors & people helping from a distance

A house to sort.
Appointments to manage.

You don't have to carry every detail alone. I help families organize belongings, keep track of appointments, and work through home preparation—while you take the time you need for decisions.

Some things need doing. Some decisions need time.

Family photographs, personal papers, furniture, and everyday belongings deserve thoughtful handling. We can set aside undecided items and separate the work that can proceed from the decisions that need to stay with the family or estate representative.

My role is to help organize and carry out approved practical tasks. You should not have to keep every appointment, box, receipt, and follow-up in your head.

Two connected lists, with different purposes.

Managing the practical needs

Help the family get organized.

  • Create a task list, contact list, and calendar from the representative's instructions.
  • Photograph and label selected belongings; record locations and approved destinations.
  • Separate keep, donate, store, dispose, and undecided items.
  • Organize receipts, service records, and documents for the appropriate advisor.
  • Track vendor quotes, scheduled visits, and questions awaiting a decision.
  • Provide concise updates to people you authorize.

less uncertainty about what exists, where it is, and what needs attention.

Moving the property toward a sale

Make the approved work happen.

  • Turn the real estate agent's recommendations into an actionable preparation list.
  • Clear access and organize manageable contents for packing or removal.
  • Complete suitable small repairs, cleaning, and basic cosmetic work.
  • Arrange access for owner-approved trades, cleaners, or movers.
  • Track preparation deadlines for photography, visits, and agreed repairs.
  • Gather service receipts, keys, remotes, and manuals for handoff.

visible progress on the tasks the seller and agent have approved.

A practical example.

The house needs to be photographed, but the garage is full and family members haven't decided what to keep. We can establish an approved holding area, inventory selected items, and pack the contents already cleared for storage. A mover can handle the large pieces.

That lets approved cleaning and preparation continue while the family takes time with the remaining decisions. Nothing is donated, discarded, transferred, or offered for sale without the authorized person's approval.

From an overwhelming list to a useful handoff.

Know who decides

Identify the person authorized to direct the work and approve access, expenses, information sharing, and belongings decisions.

Make a working plan

Agree on priorities, a budget, task owners, and what must wait for the representative or an advisor.

Keep a clear record

Provide a progress list, agreed photos, receipts, and an inventory of approved movements or remaining items.

Practical support for the person in charge.

I help with practical estate tasks and property preparation under the direction of the authorized representative. You keep control of decisions, belongings, and spending.

I can organize information and coordinate approved next steps with your attorney, accountant, real estate agent, and other service providers. We establish responsibilities and approvals during the consultation.

Start with a free conversation.

Tell me what needs attention and who is directing the work. I'll be clear about what I can take on and provide a written scope and price. Storage, movers, disposal, and other outside services are agreed separately.

Start with the details that feel hardest to manage.

Tell me where the property is, what needs attention, and who is coordinating decisions. We can use the free consultation to identify a manageable first step.
